Michael L. Marsh

Mr. Marsh was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1981. Education: Troy University (B.S., 1972); Atlanta Law School (J.D., 1981) where he served as Justice on the Honor Court. Mr. Marsh is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers' Association, and Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). He is also a member of The Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law chapter of the American Inns of Court, in Atlanta, Georgia. He has served as both Civil and Domestic Mediator and also served on the Board of Directors of Cobb Mediators, Inc. (1993-1994). He has also served as a co-chair of the Cobb County Bar Association Newsletter and is former President of the Atlanta Law School Alumni Association. Mr. Marsh has decades of  trial experience in Family Law matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, property division, spousal support and substantial/complex asset cases. He has served as Guardian Ad Litem in contested custody disputes.  Mr. Marsh also represents clients' interests in Workers' Compensation, Wrongful Death, and Personal Injury cases.
